Do you have a shop?

We are a warehouse-based business located in Wood Village, Oregon. While we do not operate a traditional retail storefront, we welcome customers by appointment for in-person purchases. If you’d like to view or pick up a piece directly from our warehouse, please contact us to schedule a visit.

Do you allow returns?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. Please make sure the piece will fit your space prior to purchase and that you've secured all necessary approvals—whether from your spouse, partner, roommate, or even your pet! We’re confident you’ll love your item once it arrives.

What if there’s an issue with delivery or a problem with my order?

Please contact us immediately at milesmercantilepdx@gmail.com. We are committed to resolving any issues quickly and fairly. We truly believe that a happy customer is the key to our business. If something isn't right, we want the chance to make it so. Negative reviews break our hearts—especially when we haven’t had a chance to help. Positive reviews? They absolutely make our day!

Can you hold an item while I decide?

Unfortunately, we cannot place holds on items. All pieces remain available for purchase until sold.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, we do! Local pickup is available at checkout.
